Two disbursements from one attempt became a repayment dispute, not an instant reversal
A 2026 public account said one intended SLoan withdrawal was followed by a blank screen and a second PIN prompt. The borrower then saw two disbursements instead of one and said the extra funds were left unused while support reviewed the case. As of the post, the borrower reported that no reversal had been made and interest appeared on both amounts. A separate commenter described a similar two-disbursement experience at a different amount. Another reply in the discussion said the extra amount was eventually paid upfront with interest, but the captured record does not safely establish that this was the original borrower’s later update. It is therefore a separate observation, not a resolved beginning-to-end story. Current SLoan guidance says charges attach to a successful disbursement. That makes an unexpected second disbursement materially different from a duplicated screen or notification, but it does not prove why either public case occurred or that support accepted fault. If you experienced this, distinguish the requested amount, each completed disbursement, whether funds were used, the support status and the final ledger outcome.
