What to include

• The BorrowTalk market involved: Philippines or Indonesia.
• The relevant page URL, platform name, post, comment, or media item.
• A concise description of the issue and the outcome you are requesting.
• For privacy requests, enough information to verify that the request concerns your account or data without emailing passwords, sign-in links, one-time codes, government IDs, or full financial documents.

Urgent privacy or safety reports

If public content exposes a phone number, account number, address, email, government ID, QR code, barcode, face, or another sensitive detail, identify the exact content and explain the risk. BorrowTalk may restrict access while the report is reviewed.

Do not use email for emergencies. Contact the appropriate local emergency service or authority when immediate safety is at risk.
