Maya Easy Credit limits can rise—or stay flat despite repeated repayment

  • Application / borrowing
  • Approval / rejection
  • Repayment

Public borrowers describe sharply different limit paths. One April 2026 account started at ₱3,000 and reported an increase to ₱6,000 after about two months, on a day the balance was paid before its deadline. That timing does not prove the payment caused the increase. A July account reported remaining at ₱2,000 after eight months while paying a day before each due date. In another July discussion, a separate user said a ₱1,000 limit had remained unchanged after a year of repeated use. These are three borrowers, not stages of one person's account. Maya Bank's published terms say the credit limit depends on credit evaluation and may be increased, reduced or suspended at the bank's discretion. Official material does not promise an increase after a certain number of uses or payment pattern. The useful comparison is the starting limit, each dated displayed limit, actual repayment timing and whether a later offer was merely displayed or used. These reports do not support maxing out the line, carrying debt longer, or moving savings to “unlock” an increase. If your limit changed, share the before/after amount and rough interval without posting account screenshots. Sources: Reddit · Official guidance.
