A Finbro account can return from a collection agency to direct Finbro contact before resolution

One public Finbro borrower described an overdue account moving through more than one servicing checkpoint. At about 98 days overdue, the borrower identified New Source as the collection agency and reported small-claims wording. In a later update, the borrower said Finbro itself had resumed contact and offered a principal-only payment deadline. The borrower then said the account was still unresolved because funds were not available. At a later June checkpoint, the author reported no new event. That sequence does not prove that a court filing existed, that it could never occur, or that the principal offer was accepted. Other borrowers in the same evidence set named AMG or Bernales and described calls, texts or an emailed demand letter. Sender identity and contact stage therefore need to be recorded rather than assumed. Before paying, verify the current collector and payment instructions through Finbro’s official Collections contact. A transfer back to the lender is not a waiver, an accepted arrangement, a lawsuit or an account closure. Light public provenance: Reddit; Official Finbro contact guidance.
