What happened after an actual Home Credit visit is a separate checkpoint

  • Collections
  • Overdue
  • Repayment

Borrowers who said a field officer actually arrived—not merely sent a message—reported different next states. One received a paper reminder, paid after salary and later said collection reminders stopped after subsequent on-time or early payments. Another gave a payment date; the officer returned on that date and the borrower reported no continued pressure. A third described a visit followed by a complaint and later said all Home Credit debts were paid, but did not publish a zero-balance or certificate checkpoint. Other accounts stop at an unaffordable settlement or a proposed installment plan. The visit itself therefore does not prove legal action, a completed arrangement, payment, zero balance or closure; keep the account at the furthest later state the same borrower actually confirmed.
