One Reddit borrower described receiving loan documents but no wallet credit, followed by cancelled attempts and another unresolved application. In a separate discussion, a borrower saw an approved loan on the GLoan page without the money in the wallet; both that borrower and another commenter described earlier immediate payouts. These self-reports show why approval, a displayed loan entry and actual wallet receipt should be checked separately. They do not establish a system-wide outage or its cause, and the delayed cases do not document a final successful payout. Official GLoan terms distinguish approval from disbursement and describe proceeds as received when credited to the wallet. The general help page currently says within 24 hours after approval, while telesales guidance gives 24–48 hours for applications completed with an agent.
