Principal, cash received, scheduled due and overdue balance need separate labels
MocaMoca discussions use “loan amount” for several numbers that are not interchangeable. A reviewer on the official Google Play listing said the displayed credit limit was higher than the cash received. In a separate account with several loans, a borrower reported a larger displayed amount due after one month overdue. Those figures are borrower observations, not an independent recalculation of principal, interest, service fees or penalties. The official listing currently publishes ranges and a sample separating principal, service fee, interest and total due. A sample listing is not a substitute for the disclosure statement and schedule attached to a particular loan. App access adds another complication. One Android borrower said login and OTP stopped working after several months overdue, so the balance could not be checked while collection emails resumed. That does not mean the balance disappeared. In a repeat-borrowing thread, the author requested loan and repayment history to separate what had been received from what had already been paid, while another offer appeared and the overall debt remained unresolved. A useful account therefore labels each number: credit limit shown, amount requested, cash received, original principal, scheduled installment, service fee, interest, late charge, payment posted and remaining balance. It also preserves the date each screen was seen. Payment made is not the same as payment allocated, and inability to log in is not the same as closure. If your displayed amounts changed, share the labels and sequence—not account screenshots, exact IDs or a legal conclusion. Unknown components should remain unknown until a document or official response separates them. Sources: Google Play review · Reddit · Official app guidance.
