A zero service fee today does not fix your next Maya Easy Credit fee
Public 2026 accounts show that Maya Easy Credit service-fee displays can change between uses. A February thread documented selected users seeing 0% offers. In an April discussion, one borrower said a first use showed 0% and a later use showed 4.99%, while another user reported 9.99%. On June 29, a paid-off borrower reported that a 0% display had returned to 7.99%. In another thread that day, users reported their 0% display switching back to higher percentages; an official Maya account replied that the zero-fee offer in that case was targeted and ended June 28. These are account snapshots, not a universal rate table. Maya Bank's current public page advertises a service fee “as low as” 3.99% and says actual fees and credit limits vary by evaluation. A promotional display, the fee confirmed for a transaction and the next offer are separate snapshots. The public accounts do not show how to trigger a lower fee. If your displayed fee changed, share the old and new percentages plus the date—never your statement or account identifiers. Sources: Reddit · Official guidance.
