Full payment does not by itself prove a GCredit suspension is lifted

A fully paid balance and restored GCredit access are separate checkpoints. One borrower paid minimum amounts and then the full balance but still saw a visible limit that failed at use; a later commenter in the same discussion said support had classified their own account as permanently suspended. Another long-settled borrower reported that GCredit access had not returned years later, while other GCash lending products later did.
