A field-officer message is not evidence that a home visit happened
Borrower reports show distinct collection states: calls or texts, a notice that an account was forwarded to a field officer, and an actual in-person visit. One borrower received a field-officer warning and later paid in full without establishing that the warned visit happened; other borrowers explicitly reported an actual visit. Public summaries should say exactly which state the source supports and leave the rest unknown. Sources: Reddit. These are time-bounded public self-reports, not a universal Home Credit collection timetable.
