A blocked Wallet funding route does not by itself settle—or erase—the Easy Credit bill
One January 2026 borrower said their Maya Wallet had reached its incoming limit, so they could not add funds there while an Easy Credit bill was due. In a later update, the same account reported using another Maya account's Bills flow and entering the Easy Credit account number. That is one self-reported outcome, not a guarantee that every attempted route will post immediately. A different May thread involved a fraud report followed by temporary blocking of the whole Maya account. The original borrower said they could not log in to manage an ongoing Easy Credit balance. A separate commenter reported regaining account access after a call and also described Bills payment from another Maya account. The two accounts must not be merged into one recovery story. Official Maya material lists several payment routes: the Credit tab, Bills on the Wallet tab, and a Maya Center using the account number, with different posting expectations. Distinguish the Wallet's incoming capacity, app login, payment-channel acceptance, receipt, Easy Credit posting and final balance. Verify the account number and later posting privately; never share it in a public comment. Provenance: Reddit; Official guidance. Separate public accounts; no universal workaround, posting promise or fraud-case outcome is claimed.
