A payment schedule can appear while wallet limits block GLoan cash

Two late-August accounts reported confirmation or a payment schedule before money reached the wallet. In one chain, support reportedly identified the monthly incoming limit; after reset, the borrower chose not to continue. In another, an earlier PHP 11,000 loan reached the wallet but a second PHP 10,000 loan produced confirmation and billing without wallet credit after incoming capacity was exhausted; the borrower later said the second transaction was taken back. Official guidance separates wallet balance from monthly incoming-transaction limits, and GLoan terms separately define approval and receipt in the wallet. When a schedule appears without cash, record approval, confirmation document, incoming capacity, wallet credit, cancellation/reversal, and any amount due as separate states.
