Community discussion · Composite borrower case
Full payment, rebate credit and the next loan are separate outcomes
Two public SLoan accounts provide useful later updates after full payment. One borrower asked about a rebate in June 2026, later reported paying in full, then found a rebate credited to ShopeePay with a July 6 transaction date. Another borrower described five SLoans paid in full: a request submitted January 12 was marked resolved January 16, and a combined rebate appeared January 20. Other borrowers reported different results. One early payer said a rebate request was rejected without specific criteria. Another received an adjustment much smaller than expected and had no visible final recalculation in the thread. These reports do not establish a standard percentage, eligibility rule or processing time. Rebate and future access also diverged. One early payer reported an immediate rejection and 30-day lock, while another reported reloan access around two weeks later. A rebate credit is not evidence of a new loan decision. Shopee’s official repayment page says advance payment is allowed but regular interest still applies. The public Help Center material reviewed here did not establish a universal rebate entitlement. Community instructions must not be presented as policy. After full payment, which result did you actually see: zero balance, rebate request, credited adjustment, restored access, approval, or payout? Include dates and later changes, but omit loan IDs and receipts. Sources: Reddit · Official guidance. Public outcomes are unverified and belong to different borrowers.
