A debit, a processing screen and a posted SLoan payment are different timestamps

Public reports show that money leaving a payment source and an SLoan bill showing as paid can happen at different times. In one older thread, a borrower said ShopeePay had been debited while SLoan still showed no payment; the same author later said it appeared after about 12 hours. A separate commenter in that discussion reported reflection within about an hour. More recent posts still describe a processing gap. One borrower mentioned repeated roughly one-hour delays before payments appeared, while another SLoan-specific commenter said payments through a linked channel remained processing and support redirected the case. The latter account had no captured resolution. Official SLoan guidance distinguishes payment channels: some are described as real-time, while others may take up to 24–48 business hours. It also tells borrowers to keep proof and contact support if a payment is still missing after the stated window. The public one-hour and 12-hour examples are not promises, and a debit alone is not confirmation that the SLoan ledger posted. A useful follow-up records four timestamps separately: payment initiated, source debited, SLoan status updated and any fee corrected—without exposing receipts or identifiers.
