Active GLoan count, available amount, and a new draw are separate states

Public users described several GLoan balances existing at once, but the displayed amount did not automatically mean it could be drawn. One account showed three active loans and a new PHP 30,000 amount, but no later result. A different borrower said paying one of three active loans allowed another draw that included a displayed increase. Another retrospective account said two draws initially used its count; after one ended, a larger offer appeared with three loans available. These accounts do not prove a universal maximum. Track active-loan count, each remaining balance and due date, displayed available amount, open slot, current eligibility, and completed disbursement separately.
