PTP and extension outcomes in public reports are not uniform. One short-overdue borrower said the app moved the date and the penalty was waived. Others say partial payments were accepted while daily penalties continued, and one borrower who eventually settled through repeated extensions reported that only one installment received a waiver. “Arrangement accepted,” “penalty waived,” “payment reduced principal,” and “account settled” are separate outcomes and should be reported separately.
