Community discussion · Composite borrower case
Paid, unlocked and usable are different Maya Easy Credit states
Public accounts describe more than one post-payment path. In an older thread, a borrower with an early/on-time payment history found Maya Easy Credit under review and later reported that it unlocked automatically after roughly two to three weeks. A different 2025 borrower said a roughly one-month late balance had already been paid in full, yet Easy Credit was still locked about a month later. The later recovery state was not established in that thread. A June 2026 account shows another outcome. After eleven days overdue, the borrower reported payment reflected on June 22 and said they were able to withdraw funds again the next day. That does not establish that every feature or the prior limit was fully restored. Maya Bank's terms allow suspension or termination after default and make later access subject to the bank’s decisions. Payment reflected, zero balance, review/lock message, displayed limit and successful new use are separate states. Sources: Reddit · Official guidance.
