Full-payment instructions, a debit and a posted balance are different steps

In an April 2026 Reddit thread, a JuanHand borrower could see the amount currently due but could not find a full-payment option. The same author later reported getting instructions from support. That is a real update, but it stops short of saying they paid, that the payment posted, or that the balance closed. A separate July app review described QR and payment-posting problems alongside repeated calls. The developer replied asking the reviewer to contact support with payment details. The visible response did not confirm that the problem had been fixed. These accounts concern different stages of repayment. Knowing how to submit a full payment is not proof that money moved; money moving is not proof that the loan record was updated. A support reply is not a completed reconciliation. Neither account establishes a common technical cause or a standard waiting time. Did your payment eventually appear, and what happened to the remaining balance, calls or fees? A later result is more useful than another instruction to wait. Share only a de-identified sequence; keep receipts and transaction details out of public comments. Sources: Reddit · App reviews. Separate public accounts consolidated; later financial outcomes remain unknown.
