A manual Tendo repayment plan after resignation reached full repayment for one borrower

  • Repayment
  • Collections
  • Complaint / dispute

One borrower described resigning after roughly half of a payroll-deducted Tendo loan had been paid. Their backpay was later applied, but a balance remained and they could not pay it in one amount. The borrower said two agents recorded an arrangement to continue paying the previous amount every cut-off, and that those manual payments continued despite repeated collection calls and messages. Months later, the same borrower updated that the Tendo balance had been fully paid for some time. Other resigned borrowers reported final-pay posting followed by manual payments that were still ongoing, so this is not a universal arrangement or timeline. It reaches borrower-reported full repayment—not independently verified zero balance or formal account closure.
