A call, a visit notice and an actual visit are not the same event

A November 2023 JuanHand app review described repeated reminder calls before the payment due date. That historical account concerns calls, not an overdue finding or an in-person encounter. In a June 2026 Reddit post, another borrower described receiving a message mentioning a possible collection visit. The post did not establish that a visit occurred, and the sender was not independently authenticated. A notice about a possible event must not be counted as that event happening. Official guidance says JuanHand’s collection team will not visit borrowers or their families in person and warns about impersonators. That is the company’s published position, not independent proof of how every contact is handled. It does not by itself authenticate the reported message, prove a violation, or guarantee what an individual will experience. A threatening message should not be treated as a verified lender instruction solely because it names JuanHand. If you received calls or a visit notice, what actually happened later?
