Before due, overdue and after payment: Maya Easy Credit contact at different stages

  • Collections
  • Repayment
  • Overdue

Public accounts show Maya Easy Credit contact at different stages. A June 2026 borrower reported repeated calls and reminders even though the due date was still June 28; the account was not described as overdue at the time. A separate older discussion contains multiple Easy Credit users describing reminder calls several days before their due dates despite reporting no late-payment history. These are individual self-reports, not a measured contact frequency. A June 2026 borrower gives a different stage: after eleven days overdue, the balance was paid and reflected on June 22, but the account reported an email and additional calls on June 23 and afterward. The borrower also reported being able to use Easy Credit again. Continued contact does not by itself prove that the app balance remained unpaid. Maya Bank's terms explicitly allow pre-due reminder calls and separate collection activity after default. When comparing experiences, preserve the stage: before due, overdue, payment pending, payment posted, or restored. Do not post phone numbers, names, recordings or screenshots.
