An OLP payment receipt and an updated balance are separate checks

  • Repayment
  • Interest / fees
  • Complaint / dispute

A July 2025 app reviewer reported successful Dragonpay/InstaPay confirmation but no OLP posting hours later. A separate July 2022 directory reviewer described a receipt without an updated dashboard. Neither account establishes the eventual outcome; the older report does not prove a current recurring fault. A March 2025 app review also reported ₱35 in checkout convenience charges. That amount is an individual observation, not a universal OLP fee schedule. The useful distinction is between what the payment channel confirms and what the lender's account shows. OLP's published repayment instructions use a payment reference and identify Dragonpay channels. A review-site reply or generic support response is not confirmation that a particular loan was settled. For a posting query, keep the receipt, payment time, channel, charged total and balance status together privately. This comparison does not establish a guaranteed posting window or that an additional payment is needed. If your balance later updated, how long did it take, and was any charge corrected? Share the outcome, not the receipt or reference number. Provenance: App reviews · Public review discussion · Official guidance. Dated public self-reports, not independently verified transactions.
