Community discussion · Composite borrower case
A settled Tendo account at one employer did not guarantee approval at the next
A borrower reported that a Tendo account and balance linked to a previous employer had been settled and closed. After moving to another employer that also partnered with Tendo, the borrower said they applied twice and were rejected both times. That same-account sequence reaches a clear later result: prior closure → employer access → application → rejection. It does not establish why either application was declined, whether a new offer was displayed, or whether approval or funds arrived later. Current terms likewise separate full settlement—which returns an Active User to User status—from a new loan decision, which Tonik may approve or decline separately.
