A Finbro field-visit warning does not establish whether a visit will happen
Public Finbro borrowers reported different later checkpoints after receiving home- or field-visit language. One account overdue since February 3 received a field-visit message in March and answered in April that no visit occurred. Another borrower said no visit had happened after nearly three months overdue and still knew of none through family later. A different borrower in the same public discussion reported an actual visit and later clarified that the account was about two months overdue. The visitor’s identity was not independently verified; the borrower only said the person described themself as being from Finbro. A separate author at 44 days overdue said no one came after a text claimed a visitor was already at the barangay. That author later marked Finbro “done,” but did not publish the payment method, amount or formal closure proof. Treat a warning, a claimed arrival, an attempted visit, an actual visit and debt resolution as separate states. These accounts do not support saying every warning is a bluff or every overdue account will be visited. Light public provenance: Reddit; multiple public borrower self-reports with later replies/edits.
