A visible Maya Easy Credit limit can work at a merchant while Wallet transfer does not

Public accounts show that Maya Easy Credit availability can differ by use channel. In one January 2025 thread, the borrower could use Easy Credit in Maya Shop while the Transfer to Wallet button was disabled. The same account later reported that Wallet transfer began working after an additional contact-reference prompt appeared. A separate commenter described seeing the needed field on another device before transfer worked. In a July thread, some users continued to report Wallet-transfer errors while one account said QR merchant payment still worked. Another user in that discussion later said Wallet transfer began working after a support ticket and maintenance. These are different accounts, and the timing does not prove a common cause or a standard repair period. Maya's public material lists Wallet transfer and payment at participating merchants as separate ways to use Easy Credit. Track the displayed limit, merchant payment option, transfer-button state, transfer result and Wallet receipt independently.
