A home-visit warning, a cancelled visit and an actual visit are different events

BillEase collection reports show several distinct checkpoints. Some borrowers received a visit warning but posted no later confirmation. One says a planned visit was cancelled after they contacted the collector and showed a PTP; others describe an actual visit, including one account where visits continued despite monthly approved PTPs. Separate borrowers with months overdue and small recurring payments reported no visit to date. None of these anecdotes supports a universal visit timetable.
