ShopeePay access returned in one case, but that did not prove SLoan access returned
One 2026 account reported that ShopeePay, SPayLater and SLoan became restricted even though the borrower said bills were current. After a support ticket and requested documents, the same author later reported that ShopeePay was usable again. The update did not say whether SLoan borrowing or withdrawal had also returned. Other public accounts ended differently. One commenter described a wallet restriction being corrected after about a week; another case was still pending. In a separate discussion, one restricted-wallet user said SLoan payment remained available through MariBank, while another said no SLoan route was visible at that time. These are different accounts, not a universal workaround. Official guidance says activated and verified ShopeePay is needed to use SLoan, but it also lists independent SLoan withdrawal blockers and separate Shopee-account restrictions. So login restored, wallet restored, repayment possible, Withdraw enabled, application accepted and money received are six distinct states. When reporting a recovery, name only the capability that actually returned and its date. Do not publish identity documents, balances, restriction notices or account details.
