Paid off, but the next loan went two different ways

  • Repayment
  • Approval / rejection

Two people in a June 2026 Reddit discussion described opposite results after paying several JuanHand loans together. The original poster said the app still counted outstanding loans and would not allow another application. A different commenter said they could borrow again within minutes. Neither account establishes why the results differed. A July 2025 app review adds another distinction: the reviewer described an eligibility message after repayment, followed by a rejected application. Seeing an offer or an application button is not the same as approval. Official guidance describes a credit review after full repayment, not a guaranteed new loan. These accounts do not establish that paying early causes refusal, that a particular repayment timing improves approval, or that a blocked account stays blocked permanently. They describe different people and circumstances, not a controlled comparison. If you paid off JuanHand, what changed afterwards: the outstanding balance, ability to apply, approval, or actual cash receipt? A later update or a different result is useful; leave out account numbers and personal documents. Sources: Reddit · App reviews · Official guidance.
