“Approved,” “processing,” and “money received” are different payout states

  • Disbursement / payout
  • Approval / rejection

One recent borrower compared two Cashalo payouts on the same account: the first reportedly reached a UnionBank Digital account immediately after approval, while a later approved reloan sent to BDO still showed “processing” after one day. The borrower had not posted the final outcome when captured. A separate recent app review reported that a loan showed as approved with a due date, but the reviewer said the money had not reached the wallet within the expected three days; that resolution is also unknown. Cashalo's own product page says disbursement time can vary, and different parts of the page describe different timing ranges. The safe status model is therefore: approved → processing/transfer initiated → funds received. If funds are missing, use the official in-app or contact channels; do not describe the loan as paid out solely because an approval or due date appears.
