GLoan Certificate of Full Payment: How to Request It From GCash
GCash's help center has no page on certificates of full payment. Check GLoan's completed loans in the app, then file a support ticket if needed. What to send, how long one case took, and what the certificate does and doesn't prove.
Need a GLoan certificate of full payment for a bank or a CIC dispute? Check GLoan's completed loans in the app first, and if there's nothing there, file a GCash support ticket asking for the certificate. GCash's help center had no article on this when we searched on October 30, 2026, so what follows is what borrowers describe, not an official procedure.
Why you'd want a GLoan certificate of full payment
A receipt proves you sent money. A zero balance on screen proves what the app shows today. A certificate of full payment is a written statement from the lender side that the loan is closed. It's the thing people end up needing when:
- a collector or "agency" still contacts you kahit bayad na
- your CIC credit report still shows the loan unpaid and you want to dispute it
- another lender or a bank asks for proof that an old debt is cleared
If none of those apply to you, you may not need one right now. But it's easier to request while the loan is fresh than a year later.
How to request it, step by step
- Confirm it's actually fully paid. In GLoan, the loan should show as completed with no amount due. If a last payment is still pending, wait for it to post first. A pending final GLoan payment and a ₱200 wallet deduction is its own problem: https://borrowtalk.com/ph/guides/gloan-final-payment-pending-200-wallet-deduction/
- Check GLoan's completed loans in the app. We've seen a borrower post say a "certificate of full payment" option appears there for fully paid loans. We couldn't open the post to confirm it, and GCash's help center doesn't mention it. If you don't see the option, go to step 3.
- If it's not there, file a ticket. Through the GCash Help Center or in-app help. Keep it short and specific (sample below).
- Save the ticket number and the date you filed.
- Follow up on the same ticket if there's no reply after about a week. You can also call 2882 and quote the ticket number.
Something like this works:
"Hi, my GLoan [loan reference, if shown] was fully paid on [date]. Please issue a Certificate of Full Payment for this loan to my registered email. Attached are my payment receipts and a screenshot of the completed loan. Thank you."
Attach the last payment receipt, the screenshot showing the loan completed, and, if you had an overdue period, any settlement offer you accepted.
How long it takes, according to borrowers
There's no official timeline. The one dated case we found took 12 days (ticket filed July 1, certificate received July 13), so request it well before you need it. That certificate-by-ticket case: https://borrowtalk.com/ph/discussion/df180c99-d8d2-50ee-8e08-bf929315c625/
On escalation: GLoan is a loan from Fuse Financing, Inc., a financing company registered with the SEC. The GCash wallet itself is run by G-Xchange, Inc., which the BSP supervises. So a problem with the loan or the certificate goes to Fuse through GCash support first, then the SEC. A wallet problem, like a deduction or a transaction that went wrong, follows the BSP route. Complaint routes to SEC, NPC and CICC: https://borrowtalk.com/ph/guides/online-loan-complaint-foi-sec-npc-cicc/
GLoan fully paid but can't loan again
Getting the certificate and getting a new GLoan are two separate things. A borrower posted recently that after fully paying a ₱10,000 GLoan, they couldn't take a new one, even though they usually could after paying in full. Their available credit hadn't changed either.
GCash says an overdue GLoan, GGives, GCredit or Borrow Load blocks a new GLoan. GCash also says paying in full may reset your GLoan limit, but new loans aren't guaranteed. Eligibility is reviewed weekly.
If you settled an overdue GLoan
If you paid a settlement amount instead of the full balance after a long overdue period, ask the ticket to state the status plainly: is the loan closed as fully paid, or closed as settled? Those may not be treated the same way. We don't know how GCash or Fuse Financing word this on their certificates. Ask. What the certificate doesn't do
- It doesn't update your CIC record by itself. You'd still use it as proof if you file a dispute with the CIC.
- It doesn't reopen GLoan or GCredit.
- It doesn't stop a fake collector from messaging you. It just gives you something solid to point to.
Keep a digital copy and one copy outside your phone.
FAQ
Can I download a GLoan certificate of full payment in the app?
Possibly. Borrower posts mention a certificate option under completed loans, but we couldn't confirm it and GCash has no help article on it. If you don't see it, file a ticket.
How long does a GCash certificate of full payment take?
There's no official timeline. The one dated case we found took 12 days, so request it well before you need it.
Can I get a GGives certificate the same way?
We haven't confirmed a GGives route. You can ask in the same kind of ticket. Name GGives and the specific plan, and ask whether a certificate can be issued.
Does the certificate fix my credit report?
Not by itself. You'd use it as proof in a CIC dispute if your report still shows the loan as unpaid.
Who issues the GLoan certificate, GCash or Fuse?
GLoan's terms name Fuse Financing, Inc. as the lender, and you request through GCash support. Which of the two signs the certificate, we haven't confirmed.
